Terms & Condition

Welcome to Neatfix. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our technical and cleaning services and our website.

By accessing this website and booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Neatfix's services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Scope of Services

Neatfix provides a range of home and office maintenance services, including but not limited to:

Cleaning Services: Deep cleaning, general cleaning, and specialized sanitization.

Technical Services: Air conditioning (AC) repair and maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and interior decoration. Specific details of the service, including duration and tasks, will be defined at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from Neatfix.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change based on the actual condition of the premises or unforeseen technical requirements discovered on-site.

Payment Terms: Payments must be made via the integrated payment gateway on our website, bank transfer, or cash as agreed upon during the booking.

VAT: In accordance with UAE Federal Law, a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to all services provided.

3. Access to Premises

The client must ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time.

If our team is unable to enter the premises within 30 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, a "No Access" fee may apply.

The client is responsible for providing necessary utilities (water, electricity, and AC) required to perform the services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of the service value).

5. Liability and Claims

Breakage/Damage: While our team takes the utmost care, accidents can happen. Any claim for damage must be reported to Neatfix within 24 hours of the service completion.

Exclusion of Liability: Neatfix is not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or loss of items that were not properly secured by the client.

Technical Warranty: Repairs and technical installations (AC, Electrical, Plumbing) carry a limited warranty period of 7 days on labor only, unless otherwise stated.

6. Client Obligations

Clients are advised to secure any high-value items, jewelry, or cash before the arrival of the service team.

For technical services, the client must disclose any known faults or previous unauthorized repairs to the equipment.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the UAE Federal Laws, as applicable. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

8. Modifications

Neatfix reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
