Wall-mounted split AC units are the workhorses of the UAE home. To combat the intense heat, they require specialized care to maintain peak performance. The Neatfix Split-System Specialist service is a precision-focused 30–45 minute session per unit, designed to ensure your system cools faster, runs quieter, and maintains a longer lifespan.
Our technicians focus specifically on the mechanics of wall-mounted units to deliver immediate results:
Internal Coil Treatment: We open the unit panels to inspect and clean the cooling coils using HVAC-safe solutions, specialized vacuums, and soft brushes.
Drainage Sanitization: A focused disinfection of the filters and the drainage area to prevent blockages and odors.
Casing Restoration: A complete wipe-down and sanitization of the outer unit casing, leaving it looking as fresh as it performs.
Efficiency Audit: A final system check to ensure airflow is unobstructed and the unit is reaching its target temperature efficiently.
Unit Type: This service is exclusively designed for wall-mounted split units. For central or ducted systems, please see our "Air-Flow Recovery" or "Ultimate Sanitization" options.
Preventative Focus: This is a hygiene and maintenance service. If your unit has mechanical issues or is not turning on, please book our Technical Response service.
Permits & Approvals: Some apartment complexes require pre-approval for AC maintenance. Please arrange all necessary building permits in advance to avoid delays or cancellation fees.
MEP Exclusions: Cleaning of AC Y-strainers is not included, as these are integrated into the internal piping system and require specialized MEP services.
We stand by our precision. If the same airflow or hygiene issue returns within 60 days, our team will return to resolve it at no additional cost.
(Note: This guarantee covers the original cleaning scope only and does not apply to new mechanical breakdowns or unrelated repairs.)
The Neatfix Standard: A clean split unit isn't just about comfort; it's about efficiency. By removing the dust and grime that insulate your coils, we help your AC deliver powerful cooling with lower energy consumption.
