Small maintenance leads to big efficiency. The Neatfix Filter & Vent Refresh is a focused, 30-minute per unit service designed to eliminate the surface dust that restricts airflow and forces your AC to work harder. It’s the perfect high-impact solution for smoother cooling and cleaner air between deep cleanings.
Our specialists focus on the critical points of your unit's breathing system:
Filter Sanitization: Removal and thorough cleaning of reusable filters to eliminate dust and allergens.
Vent Detail: Precision cleaning of AC air vents to remove visible buildup and grime.
System Inspection: A quick check for any visible damage or components that may require professional replacement.
Housing Dusting: Removal of dust from the internal filter housing area to prevent immediate re-contamination.
Secure Reinstallation: Professional re-fitting of all filters to ensure the system is sealed and operational.
Unit Calculation: Please book based on the number of thermostats in your property.
Service Scope: This is a surface-level maintenance service. It does not include internal coil or deep duct cleaning (see our "Air-Flow Recovery" for deep cleaning).
Accessibility: This service is only for units with accessible filters and vents.
Permit Requirements: Please ensure any necessary community or building entry permits are arranged in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
System Exclusions: Cleaning of AC Y-strainers is not included, as these are part of the internal piping system and require MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
We stand by the quality of our maintenance. If the exact same airflow issue returns within 60 days, we will return to rectify it at no additional cost. This guarantee covers the original service scope only and does not apply to new mechanical faults.
The Neatfix Standard: Don't let dust dictate your comfort. A quick refresh can improve cooling efficiency and lower your energy consumption instantly.
