The evaporator coil is the heart of your AC system. When it’s blanketed in dust and grime, your unit has to work twice as hard to produce half the cooling. Our Neatfix Coil Recovery is a specialized 60-minute per unit deep-clean designed specifically for two units, ensuring your system runs at peak efficiency while lowering your energy consumption.
This targeted service focuses on the critical heat-exchange components of your system:
Precision Coil Cleaning: We access and inspect your indoor coils, using coil-safe solutions, specialized vacuums, and precision brushes to remove insulating layers of dirt.
Dual-Action Sanitization: Full disinfection of the coil surface to eliminate mold, bacteria, and the "musty" odors often associated with neglected systems.
Outdoor Condenser Rinse (Villas Only): For villa residents, we include a high-pressure rinse of the outdoor unit coils to ensure heat is dispersed effectively.
System Vital Check: A comprehensive health audit to ensure your system is breathing correctly and reaching target temperatures.
Performance vs. Repair: This service is a performance tune-up and hygiene reset. If your unit is experiencing a mechanical breakdown, please book our Technical Response team.
Access Requirements: For a full service, our technicians will need access to both the indoor units and the outdoor condensers.
Permits & Approvals: Please arrange any necessary building or community entry permits in advance to avoid arrival delays or cancellation fees.
MEP Exclusions: Cleaning of AC Y-strainers is not included, as these are internal components of the piping system that require specialized MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
We believe in the power of a clean system. If the same cooling or hygiene issue returns within 60 days, our team will return to rectify it at no additional cost.
(Note: This guarantee applies to the original cleaning scope and does not cover new mechanical failures or unrelated technical issues.)
The Neatfix Standard: By cleaning the "magic" at the heart of your AC, we don't just make your home cooler, we make your system more sustainable and your air significantly cleaner.
Unlock the full power of your AC. Book your Neatfix Coil Recovery session for two units today.
